Shipping Policy
We do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and in good condition. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping.
Made to order
Every 4BY4 piece is printed to order, especially for you. This means less waste and no overstock, but it also means your order is produced first and shipped after that. During busy periods production may take slightly longer; if that's the case, we'll let you know.
Delivery times
- Netherlands & Belgium: around 4–5 business days in total
- Other countries: delivery times vary by destination
Carriers may sometimes experience delays. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, but we'll always help you track down your package.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs depend on the pieces in your order and your country, and are calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.
- Pieces in one order can be produced by different production partners. In that case they ship separately, and shipping is calculated per shipment.
- Free shipping on orders over €100 within the Netherlands and the EU.
Track & Trace
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow your package. If your pieces ship separately, you'll receive a code for each shipment.
Incorrect address
Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible at vtr-scales@outlook.com. Once your order is in production or has shipped, we can unfortunately no longer change the address.
Package lost or damaged
Has your package not arrived within the expected delivery time, or did it arrive damaged? Contact us and we'll look into it right away and find a solution.
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs for your country are shown at checkout.
